Sundried Tomato Pizza

Since drying tomatoes this summer, I've been experimenting with them in different recipes. Some things have been less than successful, but one of our favorites has been using them on pizza.
Start with your favorite dough. This is the pizza dough recipe I use most often. Then brush the dough with olive oil. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with garlic powder or use fresh crushed garlic. Top with dried tomatoes, diced onions, and banana peppers. (Or other toppings that you choose. This is just what we like.) Lightly cover with shredded mozzarella. Bake at 425 F for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and just starting to turn brown.
Then hop up on bar stools, and enjoy!
